At the tender age of eight I subconsciously and consciously knew of the Superconscious mind which also occupied my allowed space! I, a tiny bubble of laughter, became the Sea of Mirth itself! At age nine I intuitively knew that I was here for a special purpose; but what? I never heard any of the adults speak about the pictures that were in my mind. Nor did they speak of yoga postures that came to me. I discovered rhythmic breathing, and did find my way to the “Single Eye”! At age 8 1/2 I would ascend to the roof, where I would lay in the “Death Pose” and look between my brows and behold the light of the sun, (This is not recommended)  for hours at a time, unflinchingly I was still! At the tender age of 9 I reached Samadhi! I became one with the Bliss, so soothing! Bliss is a wonderful state. No pain nor happiness; no limits no body: my mind was merged and bathed in soothing light, and each one of my body’s cells was filled with the “Word” And since then I have visited that state of consciousness and being on several occasions! When I would walk to the store for my mother, I would do rhythmic breathing! I would inhale to a count of ten, hold to a count of ten and exhale to a count of ten, with each step! For months I did rhythmic breathing! I would also chant praises to the Deity a hundred times a day, or more! I thought that I was going mad; but still I proclaimed; thank you Father thank you Father Amen. I never thought to speak of my experiences to anyone because the experiences made me feel whole! And there I was always accepted graciously; no! This was mine and mine alone! So it came to past that at age ten I saw it! I experienced it; two auras I saw; 2 wheels of light that were in my forehead! Two orbs moving slowly; but closer and closer together; and when the two orbs met, I was instantly absorbed in the Bliss! Breath taking, and beyond serene! I had reached meditation! At age twenty, I was introduced to yoga philosophy! “Fourteen lessons in Yoga Philosophy” was my introduction to The Path! I eventually became a philosopher, poet and scientist, in my own right! I Baron David Taylor have taken the sum of the Keys to The Kingdom and have fused them with my thoughts being and art! All praises be unto The Creator who now controls my pen! And I have surrendered my pen, hand and my mind for the purpose of uplifting humanity; let those who have an ear hear! There’s no going back…the world took on a new glow!
When I gazed upon you walking as if dancing to a melody,
That only our two hearts could hear!
I indeed have never been the same!
On that fateful day, I was born!
Not in a physical sense but all that I have ever felt,
Dreamed and sensed were a dream, and indeed a cruel nightmare!
And upon awakening, I saw you!
All the women I’ve seen before and after—only shadows!
When my eyes beheld you, Gloria, only then did I have true being!
All before was just a dream… dark, dingy, cold and alone
Until I saw you walking as if dancing, yet only walking!
All my life I waited for you and from hence forth
I shall never rest until I see you once more!
I shall never forget you however far you go…
In my dreams, I embrace you and am satisfied so!
What is it about you that whirls me so?
So wild and wonderful… no one can ever take your place!
I gladly surrender my heart unto you!
